Intimate Sheffield show this weekend

Tickets are selling well for this weekend’s acoustic show at the Rutland Arms in Sheffield. There’s still a few available over the bar in the pub itself or online.

Organisers My Little Owl have just announced that punk poet Matt Abbott will be doing some spoken word on Saturday between bands. You may know him best as the former Skint & Demoralised frontman, who did the ace Red lipstick.

With other performers Sheffield’s Seven Tors, the legendary Helen McCookerybook and the impossible-not-to-LOVE MJ Hibbett, it should be good! Please can everyone practice ‘the trams of Sheffield’ line in Easily impressed (1m 21s) so we’re all ready for the singalong?

We’ve also been practising new cover, which may get its first outing depending on how well it comes together this week…

See you there!
